How long does onboarding take?+
Most institutions are fully onboarded within 2–4 weeks. This includes data migration, workflow configuration, evaluator training, and a pilot run with a small batch of scripts.
Is the platform suitable for large universities?+
Absolutely. Our infrastructure is designed to handle 10,000+ concurrent evaluators and millions of scripts. We serve institutions with student populations from 500 to 500,000+.
What happens to data after the exam cycle?+
All data is retained securely in encrypted cloud storage as per your institution's data retention policy. You can export all data at any time. We comply with India's DPDP Act.
Can we integrate with our existing ERP / SMS?+
Yes. IntelBuzz provides a REST API for integration with existing Student Management Systems, ERPs, and result portals. Our team handles the integration as part of onboarding.
Do evaluators need special hardware?+
No special hardware is required. The OSM platform runs entirely in a modern web browser. Evaluators only need a computer (or tablet) with a stable internet connection.
What kind of support is available during exams?+
We provide dedicated 24Γ—7 priority support during active exam cycles, including a dedicated support engineer assigned to your institution for the duration of the evaluation period.
